Aluminum 4 Piece Medium Herb Grinders

So i bought this grinder about a month ago, everything seemed fine till i looked in my kief catcher and it was nothing but larger plant material. the screen is clearly to large. I reached out to the support team to tell them my concern and they did everything to try and make up an excuse as to why it was working properly. They even said that I was over grinding it or my grinding technique wasn’t right. There not more than one way to work these things. You put your product in and spin it till it falls thru. If you are looking for a company who stands behind their product this is not the company for you. I feel as if I wasted my money and time dealing with these people.

Awesome product works great

It's everything I wanted in a grinder. It doesn't fight me like some previous grinders. Smooth threads, they're larger so the peices are easily fit together. A sharp metal grind. Screen to filter the good stuff to sprinkle on top. Smooth and simple. And the colors make me happy every single time I see it (or is it just the green?)
