I ordered the 4 piece jumbo grinder and they sent me the wrong one. They sent me the 3 piece jumbo instead. I notified them immediately and they provided me with a return label. The following week i still never received the correct grinder so I reached iut again. They told me they needed to receive the incorrect item before they could ship out the correct one. I finally decided to cancel my order and they stopped responding to my emails. For two days I reached out via email and on the third day they finally reached back out. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. It's been almost a week that I returned the incorrect product to them and they still haven't received it? They should have next day shipped the product back to them so they could then expedite the shipping on the correct grinder. But no, they expect you to wait weeks for them to correct their mistake. For $150 on this product youd think they would actually care about the customer experience. They dont. Now i have to wait even longer for them to refund my money. Save yourself the hassle and go with a different brand.
