Terrible customer service and the grinder is two different colors of blue like someone forgot the top half or something. Then still ship it to a customer and want almost $100 you got to be kidding me.

So i bought this grinder about a month ago, everything seemed fine till i looked in my kief catcher and it was nothing but larger plant material. the screen is clearly to large. I reached out to the support team to tell them my concern and they did everything to try and make up an excuse as to why it was working properly. They even said that I was over grinding it or my grinding technique wasn’t right. There not more than one way to work these things. You put your product in and spin it till it falls thru. If you are looking for a company who stands behind their product this is not the company for you. I feel as if I wasted my money and time dealing with these people.
