I never received the item. I reached out to support and they said to contact USPS directly and I can’t get through so I still have no idea if or when I’ll get this item because on their site it has no updates past May 13th so I can’t get any answers. I don’t know if this is a scam or what. If I can’t get it resolved I’ll just contact my credit card company I guess and dispute the charges.

Great product grinds up my bud nicely and high quality. Only complaint is shipping was unnecessarily long but arrived with no issues. Would order another but the products so good I think I won’t need another grinder ever again.
