Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is only applicable to Shredders purchased through an authorized dealer. This warranty covers only breaking of our patented Shredder teeth with normal use. Shredders are scratch resistant, not scratch or dent proof! Lifetime Warranty does not cover scratches, dents, or any other user generated damages. Amazon items purchased through our official Santa Cruz Shredder Amazon account (and not third party) are covered under our warranty. Our Special Edition items may not be guaranteed with the exact model purchased due to limited supply. All items to be warrantied must be returned and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Titanium and Quartz products are not covered under our Lifetime Limited Warranty. Please contact Orders@SantaCruzShredder.com for more information.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting company first, please send an email to Orders@santacruzshredder.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 business hours of receipt return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
USPS First Class (3-7 business days) shipping within the USA and all packaging is discreet. This option does not include insurance if package is damaged, lost or stolen.
USPS Priority with insurance (2-4 business days) shipping within the USA and all packaging is discreet.
USPS Priority international (7 - 30 business days) or UPS (3 -5 business days) to ship internationally. Please note that there are restrictions on some items and cannot be shipped to international destinations. Due to customs issues once a package has left our warehouse we have no control of customs.
We ship Monday thru Friday only (excluding Holidays)
We do not ship on weekends or Holidays
Please note that most U.S. orders ship within 2-3 business days from receipt. We will send you a separate shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking number when the order ships from our warehouse. All International orders will be contacted separately for order confirmation.
Please allow 1-2 business days to process a order through our warehouse .
Due to State Law we are unable to sell/ship titanium tool items to Pennsylvania customers. Purchases made within that state will be issued a refund.
